You love it… or you hate it. It seems there is no middle road. We’re talking about Laughter yoga. For those who love it, Pete Cann, aka the Laughter Man from the UK will do a short session with us, right before the Unconference starts, at 13.30 CEST on 23th of September. The Unconference starts at 14 and will end around 17.00. You are kindly invited to both events! But please do register here for the Laughter yoga.

Why laughter yoga?

Laughter improves not only our mood but improves mental health and wellbeing, laughter therapy also improves productivity, laughter aids stress reduction, and helps stress management, and enables us to attract more happiness into our day.  So, let’s experience a short session and see what we can learn…
